Saber on Hit HGTV Show Flip-or-Flop

Many of you may have seen or at least heard of the hit HGTV show Flip-or-Flop, however; for those of you who have not, here is a synopsis of the show, courtesy of HGTV.com:

Tarek is a self-proclaimed real estate genius, with determination and drive.  Christina is Tarek's picture perfect wife, who Tarek's friends still can't believe he landed.  In each episode of Flip-or-Flop, Tarek and Christina flip a new property.  From the nail-biting purchase at auction, to the frustrating renovations and maddening showings, to the giddy acceptance of an offer, we'll follow along as these two relatively novice flippers try their hand at the toughest game in town.  From purchase to resale, weaving their personal lives within the story of the flip.  From paying cash, sight unseen, for a property at auction, through the hapless remodeling process, to the frantic sale, this young couple is putting everything they have into this venture.

Christina and Tarek El Moussa are hosts of HGTV's Flip-or-Flop.  Tarek received his real estate license when he was 21 years old, and quickly made a name for himself in Orange County, California.  At the height of the houseing boom, he was selling multi-million dollar mansions like hotcakes, but when the housing bubble burst, his empire came crashing down and he had to determine another way to pursue his real estate passion.  Today, Tarek is a family man and lives with his wife Christina and their baby girl, Taylor, in Yorba Linda, CA.  With a family to support, he has carved out a new niche for himself in the world of real estate flipping distressed properties.  He buys foreclosures, short sales and REO's for cash but, as Tarek would say, "No RISK, No REWARD!"

Much like her husband, Christina is a real estate shark.  In the show, Christina, also a real estate agent, works with Tarek to find and renovate homes- keeping it all in the family to save costs.  She handles the designs of the new spaces and keeps everything on schedule.  her experience as a real estate agent helps to steer the family business into a stable direction as they strive to reclaim the American dream, while raising their daughter, Taylor.

So what does this all have to do with Saber?  Well, our very own sales representative Mark Cook, visited a property in Buena Park, a couple of months ago.  There he met with the couples contractor, Jeff L., to do an inspection of the property for foundation repair.  After meeting with Jeff, Mark wrote up a proposal for the job. The contract was accepted, Saber had won the bid.  To complete the foundation repair, Saber will be installing resistance piers to lift the residence.  Saber will be the focal point of one of the episodes on season three, of the show.  The show is currently in it's second season on HGTV, and at this time they are filming for the upcoming 3rd season, it is in one of those episodes which will feature a home remodel with foundation issues, Saber will resolve the foundation issues.  The filming of this episode is taking place this week, and will feature the process of the foundation repair.  Mark has also been involved in bids on other properties for the couple.
