What is 'Redefining' an Industry?

Throughout Saber's social media, blog posts, company summaries, and photo captions, the phrase 'redefining the industry' is mentioned. Many customers, new hires, and followers have asked exactly what this mission means.

What's the first thing you think of when you think of home contractors or the instance of needing to hire one?
