August Employee Spotlight: Dan Froehlich
1. What is your favorite part about working for Saber What do you do there?
I am in Sales. I enjoying educating my customers to make the right choice to properly fix their greatest investment, their home. I have many years of construction experience and it is hard for a customer to make the right choice. They talk to a lot of unqualified contractors and I am happy when I win over their trust and then the customer lets Saber fix their home.
2. What is one thing you can't live without?
My Family. I have 3 awesome girls in my life. My wife and my two daughters.
3. What is one thing your co-workers at Saber don't know about you?
I started at the bottom of my construction career by digging ditches and manual labor. It took years and years for me to learn the trade. I did some real hard time with busted knuckles and blisters on my hands to earn my knowledge.
4. What are a few things you want homeowners or business owners to know when considering foundation repair, crawl space work, concrete leveling, or other services for their homes?
There is the right way and the wrong way...... then there is the Saber way, that is the perfect way. Over 300 contractors in Northern America do what Saber does. Our network is the best and most knowledgeable.
5. If you were to have your dream home, which room would be your favorite and why?
Basement. I would build an awesome brewery and tasting room.
6. How do you strive to redefine the contractor/construction industry?
By trusting my production crew in providing the expectations I set for the customer. I don't over promise. I know what Saber is capable of and I want to be successful, and want to set my production crew up for success.
