Smart Jack Support Posts in La Jolla
The Issue:
Sagging and Tilting floors in a La Jolla Home. The home inspection revealed weakened wood floor joists and wood support Posts that were very close to sliding off of their concrete bases.
The Solution:
Attaching metal I Beams to the existing floor joists. Then we installed all metal Smart Jacks to new concrete bases.
The Result:
No more sagging or tilting floors. Peace of mind for the homeowner.
