Helical Piers in Irvine
The Issue:
Cracks in interior and exterior walls of a fifty year old home.
The doors and windows were starting to jam. Saber found that shifting soils under the foundation had created voids. The foundation was sinking, which caused cracking.
The Solution:
Excavating holes next to the home's foundation. Then we attached Helical Piers to the base of the home's foundation. We then pressurized the Piers, which lifted the foundation back to where it should be.
The Result:
Homeowner now has peace of mind. The home now has a consistent elevation. The doors and windows are now opening a closing smoothly.
