Sliding and Sinking Home in Adelanto
The Issue:
The home has slid on it's Foundation and Support Posts. The home is Sinking into Voids that have formed under the Foundation. The walls are cracking. The doors and windows are sticking.
The Solution:
Install Push Piers to Lift and Strengthen the Foundation. Attach Helical Tiebacks to prevent further sliding. Install new Support Posts and I Beams in the Crawlspace. This would eliminate the sagging floors. Last of all we recommended filling the voids with Polyurethane to Stabilize the Foundation.
The Result:
The homeowner received a copy of Saber's written Home Inspection Report.
