Excited to shine a spotlight on one of our amazing team members, Macie McFarland! A proud Phoenix native, Macie joined the Saber Foundation Repair family a few months ago as a Customer Care Representative, and she’s already become an integral part of our team.

Macie’s passion for customer service and her dedication to excellence truly set her apart. Though she’s still relatively new to the foundation repair industry, her enthusiasm and commitment have made a big impact. She has a remarkable ability to connect with customers, ensuring they feel heard and supported—something that aligns perfectly with Saber’s core values.

When she’s not helping our customers, Macie enjoys diving into creative projects like arts and crafts or unwinding with a good movie. She’s also a trivia master, impressing everyone with her vast knowledge and quick wit. Whether it’s answering obscure questions or sharing fun facts, her sharp mind and curiosity are always on display.

Macie describes Saber Foundation Repair as “a very welcoming community that is always growing,” and she’s a shining example of that growth mindset. Her positive energy, dedication to personal and professional development, and love for what she does make her a vital part of our team.
