PolyLevel(R) Trip Hazard Repair in Thousand Oaks

This walkway was cracked. One side was sinking causing a Trip Hazard. Saber fixed this issue by using PolyLevel Injection to fill the void under the side of the slab that had sunk. Then Nexus Plus was used to fill and seal the crack.
