Smart Jacks in Los Angeles

Los Angeles resident Neil S. contacted Saber regarding sinking floors in her home that was built in 1960. Sabers Project Design Specialist inspected the home's Crawlspace. We found that the support posts were sliding on their cement bases.

Our Crew Poured new concrete bases, and attached new all Metal Smart Jacks to the Floor Joists. This raised the floor back to it's proper height. The floor was now stabilized. The attached picture shows the new Smart Jacks installed in the home's Crawlspace.

The homeowner was happy with the completed work.
