Saber was contracted to stabilize a homeowners porch in Los Angeles. The project required two helical piers to be installed to the foundation footings of the porch deck to stabilize and raise to maximum practical recovery. Helical piers are driven into the ground using specific tools to screw them into the ground until they reach solid stable soils beneath the foundation. Once the piers are installed the structure can be lifted.
