A home in La Jolla, CA, had some serious foundation settlement issues. The Crew from Saber installed piers around the exterior of the home as well as some interior piers to fix the foundation settlement issues. Some areas of concrete needed to be removed to complete the project. Some of the piers had to go down an extra depth before hitting the bedrock below.

The footing of the property was very deep the crew needed to use a ladder to get in and out of the hole.

The piers have been installed and the holes have been backfilled, now new concrete is setting up and the cabinets can soon be replaced.
