Photo Album: Crack stitching, push piers and void fill in Helendale
A development company in Helendale, had purchased a home with severe foundation issues. Before beginning the remodel process of the home the contract knew the foundation needed to be repaired or the home would not be able to be resold at market value. The home was gutted of all flooring and the Saber crew installed (54) push piers in and around the home to lift and stabilize, once the lift was complete the crew then injected PolyLEVEL beneath the foundation to further stabilize and prevent future settlement of the soils to occur. The cracks that had developed around the home were then repaired using an epoxy injection.
