The family has lived in the home for three years with zero issues. Last year they noticed their concrete settling and since then has only gotten worse. Now their problems are fixed with our solutions and they are ready to enjoy their pool during summer.
Perspective And Measurement Of Settlement
This is a photo from our Project Design Specialist Curtis L. he is one of the many specialists who come to the homeowner's homes to evaluate what are the root causes of the problems the owners are experiencing. In this particular photo, we can see the concrete has settled almost two inches and that it's uneven.
PolyLevel Injection Preparation
In order to inject our Poly, we have to drill a dime-sized hole into the concrete. Not only does this photo shows how much the pool deck has settled. It also shows how small the hole is to in ject the Poly.
Poly Foam
Sometimes during our installation Poly will ooze out the joints of the concrete. We have to quickly clear the Polyfoam so that it doesn't permanently cause discoloration of the slabs.
That's A Lot Of Holes
To ensure that the concrete isn't damaged our Poly Level experts strategically drill the holes so that the poly installation is even and correctly stabilizes the concrete.
Repair And Replacing Sealant With NexusPro
This brick wall was fully cleaned and resealed with our NexusPro solution. NexusPro is a state-of-the-art sealant that can protect the concrete from the elements. Not only does it protect the concrete, but it also gives the joints a seamless textured finish.
