Photo Album: Stem wall in San Juan Capistrano gets a facelift
A stem wall in a San Juan Capistrano home with a rusting rebar was repaired by Saber Foundation Repair. Crews removed the rusting rebar, which caused the stem wall to crack and crumble, and replaced it with a composite rebar that won't rust.
The crews then covered the rebar with a concrete mixture specially formulated to keep moisture at bay.

New rebar installed
SAber crews replaced a rusty rebar with a new composite one that has the same strength as a steel rebar, but won't rust.
