James Rodriguez was very professional and thorough from the get-go through to the end, when he called to make sure everything went satisfactorily.
Entire crew was friendly and they worked so well together. The crew included Mike, Hale, Luis, Dimitri and Stephen. Mike kindly explained everything to me whenever I went to see how the progress was going. It seemed like he really enjoys his work!
Usually I have to clean up a mess after I have work done! This time I was surprised to see Mike sweeping and cleaning up any mess that they had made. Very nice...
What made you choose our company:
A representative from another company came, spent 15 minutes looking around the house and then said that we definitely needed a new foundation. I did a internet search, found your company, and was interested in your alternate solution of using piers. When James came out to check the house, he spent 3 hours measuring and figuring! Then he patiently explained everything to me in detail. The solution made sense, he was able to give me an estimate right there, and it was considerably less expensive than a new foundation --- not to mention less invasive and damaging! I feel quite certain that we made the right choice.
