The whole process was very professionally done and I really believe it's a nice way to do business. I was very pleased with the project from start to finish overall.
Jamie was a wonderful help in scheduling my appointment. Due to the rain and a couple logistic issues, my project had differing needs and Lesley was wonderful and accommodating when it came to scheduling and getting the team out to my home.
From start to finish, Design Specialist, Peter Palma was very knowledgeable and polite. The info packet and books sent before my appointment was very informative and professional. It was good to know who was coming to my home and a bit on his background.
Dimitri, the foreman was very professional and introduced himself and his crew as soon as he arrived and explained the scope of work they were to complete. I had received a bio sheet on his expertise, experience and background as well. The guys worked so hard in the rain and really took care in protecting my home.
