Commercial Foundations - Applying Tension with Helical Tiebacks to Save a Block Wall in Torrance

This Picture shows a Block Wall with Several Plates attached to it. Each of these Plates applies side to side tension on this Block wall. This wall was leaning and had become a Safety Hazard. Saber Strengthened the wall and made it safe.
