These Stairs were cracked, and Sinking into a Void. The Void has been Filled with Polyurethane. The Excess Polyurethane, that is pictured, has been cleaned up. The Stairs are Still Cracked, but no longer sinking. The Slab has been Lifted back to a Consistent Elevation. No more Trip Hazard.
