A homeowner in Westlake Village, Ca, who's home is built near a lake canal, was noticing some signs of settlement.  The homeowner knew something had to be done to stop the settlement.  The homeowner contracted Saber to stop the settlement.  Saber proposed to stabilize the home using the PolyLEVEL™ system.  By injecting polyurethane under the foundation footing this will prevent future settlement.  There was no leveling or lifting of the foundation, however a warranty against future settlement is included.
