The 1926 Los Angeles homeowner faced persistent allergies due to mold spores, dust mites, and other allergens slipping in from the crawl space. This infiltration raised worries about poor air quality, excessive moisture, and the potential for mold growth. The added problem of debris buildup in the crawl space worsened indoor air quality, potentially causing breathing difficulties.
Saber's project design specialist conducted a meticulous inspection, revealing a humidity level of 51.6%.
