Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Cleanspace Encapsulation For Crawl Space in La Jolla CA

A homeowner in La Jolla was experiencing smell and mold problems with her crawl space. She called us to solve her problem with our Cleanspace solution. Bryan A. and his crew arrived to first remove two truckloads of Debris from the crawl space. After the crawl space was nice and clean, they went forward with the project. The crew installed 1274sq ft clean space, 2 custom-fitted Everlast doors, a condensate pump, an energy-efficient Aprilaire 1852 dehumidifier, and a single electrical outlet.

Drainage Matting

This is the beginning of the Cleanspace® liner installation. After this drainage matting and SmartPipe™ are installed the rest of the service will continue.

Vapor Barrier Installed

The vapor barrier is put over the drainage matting to provide maximum results in proofing your crawl space of moister.

Everlast Door

This is one of the two Everlast doors that were installed during this project. Each door is custom made for each crawl space is entirely made of inorganic plastic and foams which will outlast wood or metal doors.
