Seismic Retrofitting A Crawlspace By Installing Support Posts In Los Angeles, Ca

The before photo shows a floor beam that doesn't have a support post. Because there was no support for the beam the homeowner heard creaking sounds, had doors that were sticking, and the floors were uneven. The after photo shows one of the several posts with caps we properly installed for the crawlspace. Now the homeowner doesn't have to deal with any of the inconveniences that they were dealing with before.
