Challenge
The home had sagging floors, and doors and windows that were hard to open and close. The floors had not been supported correctly with support beams. The foundation has voids underneath and it was sinking.
Solution
Saber recommended reinforcing the floor joists by attaching steel I-beams. We then added, that All metal SmartJacks should be installed and pressurized, to stabilize the floors and give them consistent elevation. We also suggested attaching push piers to the foundation and pressurizing them. This would lift and strengthen the foundation. We would then fill the voids with polyurethane to stabilize the foundation.
