Fixing a Home in Fullerton

Challenge
There is a 15 foot crack running through the homes Foundation. The Floor is sagging, and the home is sliding on it's Foundation. Voids have been found under the Foundation. Wood Support Posts, in the Crawlspace are failing.
Solution
Excavate holes where the Foundation is sinking. Install and Pressurize Push Piers, to lift this sinking Foundation. Fill the Voids with Polyurethane, to Stabilize the home. Attach Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles in The Crawlspace. These Seismic Retrofitting components strengthen the connection between the home and it's Foundation. Last of all, install steel I beams to the wood Floor Joists. Support These Beams with Smart Jacks. This will eliminate the sagging floors.
