Challenge
A homeowner wants their Home brought up to current California Building Code for Earthquakes.
Solution
Wall Shealthing was adhered to the Foundation walls and held in place by plywood. Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, and Support Post Caps were installed.
