Challenge
The Homeowner wants his older home, to be updated, to meet the current California Building Code. His home is located on the San Andreas Fault.
Solution
Saber attached Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Brackets, and Support Post Caps. These three components strengthened the home's connection to it's Foundation. The Homeowner now has Peace of Mind.
