Foundation Piers Strengthen Foundation in San Diego

Challenge

Cracks in the walls, and Doors that aren't operating correctly. Shifting Soils are causing this Foundation to weaken.

Solution

Attaching Push Piers to the Base of the Foundation. Pressurizing the Piers, which lifts and Strengthens the Foundation. Then Saber Filled the Voids with Polyurethane, which Stabilized the Foundation.

This Push Pier has been Pressurized. Notice The gap where the Foundation had Sunk and is now Lifted.
