Challenge

Cracks have formed in the walls of a home. The Support Posts in the Crawlspace are sliding on their Bases.

Voids have been found under the Home's Foundation.

Solution

Saber performed a complete Home Inspection. We suggested attaching Push Piers to Lift, and Strengthen the Foundation. We also quoted Filling the Voids with Polyurethane, to Stabilize the Foundation. Last of all we recommended Installing Smart Jacks in the Home's Crawlspace. This will eliminate the sagging Floors. The Homeowner received Sabers Home inspection Report, and a Quote.
