Commercial Building has Foundation Issues in Carlsbad

Challenge

Cracks are appearing in the interior walls of a Office Building. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Thorough Inspection of the Property. Voids had Formed under the Slab Foundation.

Sabers crew excavated holes next to the Foundation. We attached Foundation Piers and Pressurized them. We then Drilled holes through areas of The Concrete Slab, that had Voids beneath them. We filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This both Stabilized and Lifted the sinking Slab.
