Saber was contracted to fix the foundation of this home in Poway, Ca. The home had suffered from severe settlement and Saber was able to fix the foundation using the Push Pier System. Once the piering work was completed and the lift done, the home was now stable and the crack that had formed in the slab had closed. However, due to the amount of the settlement the cracks still needed a bit of repair, so Saber was able to repair the cracks separately. Now the homeowner has peace of mind knowing that their investment is stabilized and that settlement is no long an issue.

After the lift, some of the remaining cracks still needed to be repaired. With stitching, Saber was able to close the gaps by using staples placed horizontally across the gap. Then the cracks are filled in using an epoxy.
