Foundation Repair Photo Album: Push Piers in Thousand Oaks
Saber was contracted to repair a home in Thousand Oaks, California. The home had suffered from severe settlement issues, causing cracks to form in the slab of the homes foundation. The homeowners knew that they needed to get the home repaired before more settlement occurred and cause more issues. Saber was able to repair the foundation using the Push Pier system, along with PolyLEVEL™ to fill the void once the lift was completed. This job required 12 areas of concrete to be cut out and removed in order to place the piers at the proper locations. Once the concrete was removed and the locations were prepped 35 push piers were installed to lift and stabilize the home.
