Homeowners with a raised foundation have a higher chance of sustaining damage as a result of seismic activity. Saber is an affiliate of the Earthquake Brace & Bolt program, providing service throughout Southern California. Seismic retrofitting consists of placement of UFP (Universal Foundation Plates) along the home's footing to further secure the home in case of an earthquake or soil movement. Saber provides free foundation evaluations to homeowners.
