We have an 11'-3" wide by 6'-6" high section of our front house cinder block wall that has developed a horizontal crack at the bottom of 5 casement windows (1/8" open at left, 1/16" open at left). There are also 2 vertical 1/16" cracks that extend down to the reinforced concrete perimeter foundation but stop there. These cracks open over the last 2 months. We would like a site visit by one of your estimators to determine if 2 each helical piers will stop the settlement, and perhaps close the cracks as well. the 4" PVC sewer line runs through an opening under the 5 foot deep foundation (which as no cracks). It has been checked and is not leaking. There is also another 4" PVC downspout drain line that runs parallel to the front wall about 19" in front of the wall / foundation and about 1 foot below grade. The area in front of the wall is covered with 5 each 2 foot wide by 4 inch deep by about 8 feet long concrete slabs with wire mesh reinforcement and separated by full size 2" x 4" redwood pieces. We understand that it will probably be easier to install the helical piers from the outside by concrete sawing at least 2 of the concrete slabs, temporarily removing them to storage, and excavating soil to allow the top pieces to be installed, then taking up the load, closing the cracks, backfilling / 95%+ compacting the holes reinstalling the cut pieces and sealing the concrete to the foundation and remaining slab with waterproof elastic sealant. You will need to provide 5-gallon buckets to temporarily store the excavated soil on our driveway apron. Please call us to setup a site visit / estimate. Best, Frank

I have some water coming in during rainy days into the 2000 sq ft crawl space. Some pooling does ocure in two areas of the crawl space. The space has no sump or any type of vapor barrier. The soil is primarily clay. There are two small humidifiers with electric connection below but dont do much during rain season. Area is prone to mold and mildue if left untreated. Please email with bid to remove moisture, add french drain or aimilar system around the perimeter of crawl space, add sump with vapor barrier. Property fully rebuilt one year ago.

Angel Morales and his crew (Brandon and Eduardo) were great. They knew just what to do to address my slab issue. Once they had it in mind they went to work and did the required repair. When they returned to replace the slab section they were very professional getting the ground tamped, new rebar positioned and the concrete poured and seated properly. As the concrete set up and seated they cleaned up and prepared the work site for the final touches. All done very professionally!

My house was built in 2012. There are 2 places where there is a good amount of settlement. 1. In my front entrance. The concrete slab where the front door is has sunken by a few inches. 2. Next to my pool, a couple of concrete slabs has sunken about an inch or two and caused my pool return pipes (underneath the slab) to leak.
