The before photo shows a driveway that is uneven from voids underneath. Because some of the slabs have partially settled this caused the really ugly cracks throughout the homeowner's driveway. In the after photo shows the final result of lifting the concrete with our PolyLevel solution which will raise and stabilize the concrete. After we finished with the Poly we will fill the cracks and joints with our NexusPro sealant. Not only will this protect the concrete from being damaged by the elements, but it will also give the best possible finish.

Can PolyLeve(R) Fix My Uneven Concrete in Loma Linda? The Answer Is ABSOLUTLY
In Southern California, especially in san Bernardino county, many home owners deal with uneven concrete. Typically, a home owner will either use the Mudjacking (A old method of void fill) or tear out their concrete and start from scratch. Both of these “solutions” to fix uneven slabs are invasive to your community, don’t fix the problem, and will be ready to use after a long waiting period. We at Saber offer a solution called PolyLevel. Our PolyLevel technology eliminates the cons of Mudjacking and getting new concrete while still being even very affordable! To make it even better, using PolyLevel for your concrete is environmentally friendly! The polymer foam we use does not deteriorate underground. It makes the perfect alternative for concrete replacement; it also reduces the demand for energy-intensive concrete production. Our solution is undisruptive, leaves very little evidence of repair, and is fast drying! In fact, after the polymer is installed, it only takes 15 minutes to dry and is ready for use. This before and after is from a recent home owner in San Bernardino who needed to fix her back patio and driveway. She was thrilled that our PolyLevel solution stabilized her driveway for the family boat as well as fixing her patio where her family spends time together. She now has the peace of mind that her concrete doesn’t only look good, It’s also safe!
