The before photo shows a crawl space that had an issue with its floors sagging and needed extra support. To correctly solve this problem we installed a 20-foot supplemental beam with our top-of-the-line SmartJack system. 

The before photo shows a concrete slab that has settled into a void. Not only does it look horrible but it is now a tripping hazard. The after photo shows how we repaired the settled slab with our PolyLevel solution. PolyLevel provides lift to the settled slab and stabilizes it. Now the homeowner's back patio looks great and has no safety hazards, giving the homeowners peace of mind. 

The before photo shows a pool deck's slab has settled into a void. This is not only an eyesore to the homeowner's pool but it's always a tripping hazard. The after photo shows how one of our specialists filled the void with our PolyLevel Solution. After the slab was lifted and stabilized we use our top-of-the-line NexusPro Sealant to fill the joints in between the slabs. These two solutions combined will give the best results for repairing uneven concrete located around any pool deck. 

The encapsulation process involves sealing all crawl space vents, installing an airtight crawl space door, and lining crawl space walls and floors with a durable plastic liner. This treatment can also include additional drainage measures like installing interior drains and a sump pump.
