Fixing a Fireplace in Idyllwild-Pine Cove
The Before Picture shows a Rock Chimney that is settling due to shifting soils. There are Cracks on Both sides of the Chimney. It is starting to seperate itself from the home.
The After Picture shows two of the Helical Piers that Saber installed. The Piers were then pressurized, thus lifting, Strengthening and Stabilizing the Foundation of the Chimney.

PolyLevel and NexusPro used to raise and seal cracks and gaps. Raised a staircase and sealed gapped cracks.

The Before Picture shows a large crack in a concrete slab. The soils were shifting and settling under the slab. This created voids, where part of the slab is sinking.
The After Picture shows what Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process does.. The voids have been filled. The slab is now at a constant elevation.

The After picture shows the crack after the garage floor has been stabilized.

The Before picture shows cracks in a concrete patio caused by a settling home foundation.
The After picture shows a Saber crew member cutting the slab. This section was removed. The dirt was excavated, and Push Piers were installed.
