Smart Jacks in Twin Peaks
Twin Peaks resident Jim C. contacted Saber regarding sticking windows and doors, and cracks in the walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete home inspection for Jim. Our crew raised the home's foundation using Push Piers and all metal Smart Jacks. Jim was happy with the job results and clean up.
NexusPro Crack Seal in Hemet
A resident in Hemet, CA needed help sealing and fixing cracks in their backyard pool deck. Once a project design specialist came to diagnose the problem and supply the best solution, it was determined that NexusPro would be the best way to seal the cracked concrete without having to destroy and replace any concrete.  NexusPro is a silicon based material that has 100% expansion within the gaps applied. It lasts 20 years after application and remains pliable throughout it's life. Saber's production crew was able to apply the product to cracks of various width and depth, each application having the same result, complete repair of the gap/crack. The homeowner was very pleased with the results and the fact that his family could use the pool deck within hours of application. He enjoys the cleaner look of his pool deck and was pleased that Saber solved his problem efficiently and cleanly.
PolyLevel(R) Stabilizes a Deck in Hemet
Hemet resident Bryce B. contacted Saber regarding his deck starting to slide down the hill it was built on. Our Project Design Specialist completed a Free Homeowner inspection of Bryce's home. Our crew drilled holes into the concrete deck, and into the voids, that had formed from shifting soils. Then Saber filled the voids using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This raised the concrete slabs that had been sinking. The attached picture shows one of the voids. Bryce was happy with his new stabilized deck.
Eliminating Trip Hazards in Redlands
Redlands resident David B. contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards on the concrete walkways of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection of David's property. Shifting soils had created voids under the walkways and patio areas. Our Crew Lifted the areas of concrete, that were sinking into these voids. Once Constant Elevation was obtained, we filled the voids with Polyurethane, using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. Then Nexus Plus was applied to fill in the cracks, and give the concrete a finished look. The attached picture shows the walkway after Nexus Plus was applied. David has peace of mind that his home is safer.

Adelanto resident Jesse S. contacted Saber regarding cracking walls, and sticking doors and windows in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection. Voids had formed under the Foundation. The Foundation was weakening, and sinking. Saber suggested attaching Push Piers to the base of the Foundation. These Piers would strengthen the Foundation. They would also lift and give the Foundation back it's Consistent Elevation. We would also install Helical Tiebacks to stabilize Jesse's home. Last of all, we would fill the voids to stabilize the foundation. Jesse received a written Home Inspection Report from Saber.
Sagging Floors in a Palomar Mountain Home
Palomar Mountain resident Jessica M. contacted Saber regarding the sagging floors in her Palomar Mountain home. Saber's Project Design Specialist inspected the home and it's Crawlspace. The Floor support posts wer sliding off of their concrete bases and had become detached from Jessica's home. We suggested attaching metal I Beams to the existing floor joists. Then We would install all new metal smart Jacks with concrete bases to give all of the floors a consistant elevation. Jessica received a copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report and our 30 day quote.
Trip Hazards Nuevo
Nuevo resident Richard B. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the driveway of his home. These cracks were creating Trip Hazards. Our Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection, and found that voids had formed under Richard's driveway. Saber recommended filling these voids with Polyurethane by using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This would lift the sinking areas of concrete and eliminate the trip hazards. Richard received a copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report and our 30 day quote.
Leveling A Pool Deck in Moreno Valley
A homeowner in Moreno Valley was experiencing tree roots lifting the concrete sections of their pool deck. Saber, after evaluation, was tasked with the removal and replacement of 4 sections of lifted concrete. Saber removed and disposed of the exposed surface roots directly beneath the repair area and set up forms and installed #3 rebar. The concrete was then poured back and a cementatious patch was placed around the water skimmer. Bushes that directly affected the repair area were either trimmed or removed.
Crack Repairs in Moreno Valley
Moreno Valley resident Nancy R. contacted Saber stating that she was tired of looking at the cracks and trip hazards on her concrete walkways. Saber's Project Design Specialist found some voids under the walkways. Parts of the concrete were slowly sinking. Saber's crew, drilled holes through the concrete and into the voids. We filled the voids and lifted the sunken concrete. This stopped the cracking from spreading and eliminated the Trip Hazards. The attached picture shows the completed work. Nancy was happy with the results.

Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of the property. Our Crew Ground the concrete down to a consistent elevation. This eliminated the Trip Hazards. Greg was happy with the end result, and our crew's clean up.
