Foundation has been stable since first being lifted in 2017.

Very good. Set up an appointment for me in a reasonable time so I didn't have to wait too long for an evaluation visit. Wanted to charge me at first, but when she understood it was a warranty check she said there would be no charge.

My Yelp review: Saber Foundations leveled my house in Poway in 2017 and added piers in 2018 and late 2020. Recently (2024) I found cracks appearing in a few places and was concerned that the foundation was moving again. Saber sent Curtis Larson, a Project Design Specialist, to review my house. Curtis was very thorough, taking a couple of hours to measure my floor in detail, inspect all interior walls, and walk around the outside to view some cracks in the stucco. He pointed out a few things that I hadn't noticed. After his review he showed me historical measurements for my house (from their previous work) and assured me that the piers were stable and the house hadn't moved. He explained like likely cause of each crack to my satisfaction. He said he would schedule a follow-up visit to add markers to the exterior (something they were not doing in 2020) so future measurements could be easily and reliably taken. I was very pleased with Curtis' knowledge, thoroughness, and explanations. All my experiences with Saber have been good over the years and I'm happy they came to assess my house again, showing their commitment to their 25-year warranty. I'm a happy customer.
