Our Installation Crew
Nait and Rick were punctual after calling to alert they were near. They explained and descibed the work to be done. Once they began they were also kind enough to remove shoes, a Japanese custom, which pleased my wife. Drill, fill, and plug and they were done in a couple of hours. They cleaned and soon you couldn't tell they'd been here. Again, professional and proficient....they know their stuff.
The Cleanup Process
Satisfactory. Drilling caused lots of dust and all of it couldn't be collected.
