Foundation Issues in Pomona

The After Picture shows the exterior of the home. The issue was voids formed by shifting soils, and the Foundation had weakened over time. This picture shows the finished work, after Saber filled the voids with Polylevel, atteched Foundation Piers to the base of the Foundation, filled the holes, and poured concrete. The area looks better than before our crew started working.

The interior crack was formed by foundation settlement, once Saber installed push piers and lifted the property to maximum practical recovery, you can now see that the crack has closed. The home is now stabilized and homeowner will no longer see the sign of founation settlement.
