Homeowners Robert and Tania K. have lived in their late 1970s home for nearly three years. Roughly near a year ago, they noticed a problem with their pool’s concrete. It started to have slabs of concrete settling throughout the pool deck. Robert said, “We started noticing about a year ago. Since then, it’s only got worse and worse! We don’t want this to get any worse and want a reputable company to fix it.” Our Project Design Specialist Curtis found that the family needed 135 feet of old sealant removed, 65 feet of NexusPro for the joints, another 55 feet of nexus pro to repair the cracks, and 1110 square feet of the concrete protection system. PolyLevel specialist Scott L and his crew took on the project which took two days to complete. Robert and his wife Tania fixed their pool just in time for summer and they could have been any happier!

Tom P. contacted Saber on behalf of a West Covina retirement facility. This facility had concrete issues that were causing walkway trip hazards for its guests.  Saber Design Specialist Gilbert S. walked the property with Tom, and determined that the proper solution for the facility's damaged walkways was removal and replacement of the concrete. Concrete Foreman Andrew M. and crew arrived on time to the job site to perform the work suggested. They removed the damaged area, prepared the area for new concrete with rebar, and then put a nice finish on the concrete after they poured.  Tom was very pleased with the final product, giving Andrew and crew a great review.   

West Covina homeowner Laura S. saw that the floor between the living room and dining room was sloping. Noticeable cracks were present in the living room as well as on the exterior of her home. She contacted Saber for an evaluation, and Project Design Specialist Jason S. assessed the property. Jason recommended the installation of push piers around the perimeter of the home, as well as two supplemental metal beams to provide support. This will remedy the sloping as well as prevent any further shifting in the future. Laura was very satisfied with Jason and writes, "Jason was thorough and spent time with us explaining the repair solution to our foundation." Duarte resident Merle N. contacted Saber regarding trip hazards where his driveway connected to the sidewalk. Our Project Design Specialist found that the end of the driveway was sinking into a void. Saber recommended our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process, to fill the void and lift the concrete slab. Then we recommended sealing the gap between the slabs by using Nexus Pro. Merle received a copy of the homeowner inspection report and a 30 day written quote.

Villa Park resident Mike L called Saber regarding a crack in concrete foundation. Our project design specialist performed an evaluation of the home. Our crew cut out the cracked portion of the slab and poured and rebarred the new cement. Mike was satisfied with the job and the clean up.

Monrovia resident Carlos G. contacted Saber about strengthening his raised foundation against seismic activity.  A Saber design specialist performed a free evaluation of Carlos' property and determined that seismic strengthening was the best solution. Foreman Jordan S. and crew arrived on time and ready to work. They installed the Universal Foundation Plates throughout the work area, strengthening the sill plate and foundation bond.  Carlos was very happy with the seismic strengthening work performed, giving Jordan and crew a great review.

El Toro resident William B. contacted Saber regarding cracks that were spreading in the walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of William's home. Sifting soils under the Foundation had formed voids. The sinking Foundation was cracking. The spreading cracks showed that the Foundation was weakening. Saber recommended installing Foundation Piers to Lift and Strengthen the Foundation. After this was done, the voids could be filled with Polyurethane. This would prevent the voids from growing larger, and Stabilize William's home. William received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report.

Rowland Heights resident Steve H contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Voids were found under the interior floors of Steve's home. We recommended filling these voids with Polyurethane using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This would both stabilize and give the foundation a consistant elevation. The cracks would stop spreading. Steve received a copy of Saber's Homeowner Inspection Report, and our quote, which is valid for 30 days.

Baldwin Park realtor Mae L. contacted Saber regarding a home she was selling. The floors were sagging. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of the home. The support posts, in the Crawlspace were sliding off of the concrete pads. See the attached picture. Saber recommended attaching New Crossbeams to the existing Floor Joists. We also recommended installing new all metal Smart Jacks, with concrete pads, to give the floors a consistent elevation. Saber provided the inspection report and quote.

Tehachapi resident Randy D. contacted Saber regarding cracks in his concrete driveway, which were becoming Trip Hazards. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough and Free Homeowner inspection of Randy's home. Voids had formed under the driveway. They were increasing in size. This was causing the cracking to get worse. Saber recommended our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. Injecting Polyurethane into these voids would lift the sinking concrete, and eliminate the Trip Hazards. Randy received a copy of Saber's Home inspection Report, which included our quote.
