Push Piers in Irvine
Homeowners in Irvine, California, had notice several areas in and around their home that had caused them concern. There were cracks forming in the interior and exterior walls of the home, and doors and windows were becoming harder to open and close. Saber was contracted to repair the issues, and the work began on the home. The crew began by excavating hole around the property to expose the foundation footings, to place the piers in the correct locations around the home for maximum practical recovery. Saber installed eight push piers at the designated pier locations. The crew then drove the piers to solid bed rock beneath the foundation, for this home the crew had to go extra depth, more so then was proposed to hit that solid ground. The homeowners were kept informed of any issues or changes that needed to be made during the process. Once the piers had been installed and the lift preformed the crew then injected PolyLEVEL™ to fill any voids and further stabilize the home. The holes were then backfilled at each pier location. The homeowners no longer see the effect os the settlement, the cracks in the walls have been closed and the doors and windows are no longer hard to open and close.
Push Piers in Irvine,CA
Saber was contracted to fix the foundation of a home in San Juan Capistrano, California. The homeowners had noticed signs of settlement throughout the home, from sticking doors and windows to cracks that had formed in the interior and exterior of the home. The homeowners knew the issues would most likely continue to get worse, so they went on a search for the best solutions to fix their home. They did a lot of research on line and found that the best option for them was Saber Geotechnical Construction Solutions, after reading reviews and contacting the Saber office they knew this is the company they wanted to repair their home. After the homeowners found Saber they called to set up a property evaluation, the Design Specialist from Saber came to the home and completed a report showing how the problem would be resolved. once the homeowners signed the proposal the job could be scheduled, the Saber production crew was scheduled to repair the homes foundation. The crew arrived and began work right away. They began by excavating holes in nine locations in which the push piers would be installed. Once the excavation was complete the push piers were driven into the ground at the foundations footings until it hit bedrock beneath the foundation. The push piers were then bracketed and the job was soon complete, the crew then added PolyLEVEL™ beneath the foundation to fill any voids and add more stabilization to the home and prevent future settlement. The crews filled the holes and cleaned up the work areas. The homeowners now have piece of mind knowing that their largest investment is once again stabilized and the signs of settlement are no longer evident.
