Whittier resident Robert M. contacted Saber regarding Sagging Floors in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete three hour Home Inspection. The Crawlspace Support Posts were Sliding on their Bases. See the Attached Picture. Saber's Crew Installed Steel I Beams to the Floor Joists. We then Attached and Pressurized All Metal Smart Jacks to the I Beams. The Smart Jacks Are Supported by a Pit of Gravel. Robert's Floors are no longer Sagging.

Whittier resident Evangelyne M. contacted Saber regarding Cracked Walways and Pool Deck, that had become Trip Hazards. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection of the Home. Voids were Found under the Concrete. Some of the areas, of the Pool Deck, were cracked too badly to save. Saber removed and Replaced this Concrete (see attached Picture). Holes were Drilled through Concrete, that could be saved, and the Voids were Filled with Polyurethane. This lifted and Stabilized the sinking Concrete.

Whittier homeowner Jorge P.  took up the carpet in his home and discovered a substantial crack in the slab. He could see several cracks outside as well, one of them being in the stem wall. Project Design Specialist Jon P.  did a thorough inspection of the home and recommended a solution of push piers and PolyLevel. This will stabilize the home and prevent further movement of the slab. Whittier homeowner David P. was concerned about slab cracks that were extending from the front to the back of his home. Project Design Specialist Jason S. performed a thorough evaluation of the home and the crawlspace. He recommended the installation of Universal Foundation Plates to provide stability to the home and to prevent shifting during seismic activity. David was happy that he took the time to get the evaluation done. He writes, "Jason was exceptional. Total pro. Super refreshing. I wasn't excited about a 2-3 hour inspection with a lot of other things to do that day, but the inspection was so thorough and comprehensive, I could not have been more pleased." San Gabriel company Landmark Corporation contacted Saber regarding trip hazards in their concrete parking lot. Our Project Design Specialist completed a thorough evaluation of the property. Our crew used Saber's State-of-the-Art to level the uneven cracks in the parking lot. We then caulked the cracks. The company was happy with the completed job and the clean up.

San Gabriel resident George contacted Saber concerning cracked concrete walkways, and sagging floors in his home. He also wanted to check into seismic retrofitting his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a free, complete homeowners inspection. The specialist then provided a detailed quote. Saber's crew used our PolyLevel Injection Process to stabilize the soil and fill voids under George's home. We then excavated holes and attached Push Piers to the base of the home's foundation. These two actions significantly strengthened the foundation of George's home. Saber's crew also attached Seismic Retrofitting components to strengthen the home's connection to it's foundation. Last of all, our crew installed Metal Crossbeams and All Metal Smart Jacks to level the sagging floors of George's home. This is shown in the attached picture. George was happy with the results. He was also very pleased with the clean up that Saber's crew performed, each day when they finished working.  

San Gabriel resident Vincent W. contacted Saber regarding Cracks in walls, and Sagging Floors in his home. Sabers Project Design Specialist performed a Complete Home Inspection. Years of Eartquakes had caused Vincent's Home to start sliding on it's Foundation. Saber suggested attaching Seismic Retrofittings to the Home and it's Foundation, to strengthen their connection. We also recommended that Smart Jacks should be installed to the Floor Joists in the Crawlspace to Stabilize the Floors.

A homeowner in San Gabriel, California, noticed a drop in the concrete slab inside his garage and was referred to Saber Foundation Repair to conduct a free, no-obligation inspection.   Jarvis G. called Saber after estimating the concrete slab had sunk nearly 3 inches around the perimeter of the detached garage. There was also a large crack down the middle of the garage slab.   Jarvis, who has lived in the home for nearly 40 years, first noticed an issue with the concrete slab years ago but said it had gotten worse after an earthquake.
