Stanton resident Mark S. contacted Saber regarding getting a quote for Seismic Retrofitting the Crawlspace of his home. Our Project Design Specialist inspected the home and it's Crawlspace. The support posts and home's attachment to the foundation was still solid. We did quote Seismic Retrofitting. Mark received a copy of the Home Inspaction Report.

Stephanie, a homeowner in Newport Beach, decided to rent out her home and undertook a thorough inspection before welcoming new tenants. Discovering signs of rodents, she diligently engaged pest control on a weekly basis. However, the crawl space was becoming increasingly wet, leading her to suspect a plumbing issue. To her surprise, the plumber ruled out plumbing problems. Noticing mold, wood deterioration, a musty smell, and the persistent rodent issue, Stephanie was at a loss on how to address the crawl space problems. The CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System proved effective in providing moisture control for Stephanie's crawl space. The encapsulation process involved lining the crawl space floor and walls with a reinforced polyethylene vapor barrier, creating a dry buffer against ground moisture. After the encapsulation, Stephanie experienced relief and peace of mind. When the next rain arrived, she called Saber to review their work, finding the encapsulation still intact and the crawl space dry as ever. Thanks to Saber's expertise and the innovative solution, Stephanie could finally put her crawl space troubles behind her.

Newport Beach resident Hamid K. contacted Saber regarding cracked exterior walls in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection. Voids had formed due to shifting soils. This weakened the foundation, causing the wall to crack. The attached picture shows the major crack that Hamid was concerned about. Sabers crew excavated holes next to the home. We attached Helical Piers to the base of the foundation. Our crew pressurized the Piers, which lifted Hamid's Foundation. This strengthened the foundation and gave it a consistant elevation. Hamid was satisfied with the results.

Newport Beach resident Doug V. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of his home. The cracks were spreading. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection. Voids had formed under the Foundation, weakening the home's Foundation. Our crew excavated holes and attached Push Piers to the base of the Foundation. We then lifted the Foundation, where it had sunk, by pressurizing the Push Piers. The cracks stopped spreading. Doug now has peace of mind.

Newport Beach resident Kevin W. contacted Saber regarding Cracking Concrete Drainage Channels, and Cracking Exterior Walls. See the attached Picture. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Thorough Home Inspection. Soils have Shifted under the Foundation, causing the Home to settle and Voids to form. Sabers crew excavated Holes next to the Sinking Foundation. Then Push Piers were attached to the Foundation and Pressurized. This lifted the Foundation to a Consistent Elevation. Voids were then Filled with Polyurethane, thus Stabilizing the Foundation.  

Santa Fe Springs worker Adrianna contacted Saber regarding cracked concrete floors at the company she was representing. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of the building and found that voids had formed under the concrete slab. We suggested drilling holes through the slabs, and into the voids. We would then fill these voids with Polyurethane. This would stabilize the slab, and stop the cracks from spreading. Adrianna received a copy of Saber's Building Inspection Report, and our quote, which is valid for 30 days.

Montebello resident Georgia M. contacted Saber in regards to a lot of cracks in the ceiling and around the door frames of her home. Our Project Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of Georgia's home. The floor and the foundation of her home were sinking. Our crew supported the Crawlspace beams with all metal Smart Jacks. Saber also used Push Piers to lift and support the foundation of Georgia's home. Georgia was happy with the results and the clean up.

Saber recommended attaching Push Piers to the foundation, and filling the voids with Polyurethane. The homeowner got a copy of the inspection report and a written 30 day quote.
