  Ron M., a homeowner in Santa Clarita, reached out to a local foundation repair contractor due to his sinking patio creating water accumulation and erosion. Our project design specialist, Robert, presented all the options to restore the safety of Ron's home and fix the concrete patio issues. Beyond addressing the immediate concern, Robert also proposed protecting other concrete slabs from potential future drops or unevenness. Valley Village resident Joe C. contacted Saber regarding the Earthquake Brace and Bolts promotion offered by the State of California. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Joe's home. Our crew installed Universal Foundation Plates to connect the foundation to the home's mudseal. Then the crew installed the A35 Framing Angle that connects the mudseal to the house.  Joe was happy with the finished project and the clean up.

Valley Village resident Joe C. contacted Saber regarding Seismic Retrofitting the home that his parents had lived in. It was built in the 1950's, and Joe wanted to keep the home in the family. Sabers Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Joe's home. Our Crew installed Universal Foundation Plates (attached picture) and A35 Framing Angles. These two components strengthen the bond between Joe's home and it's Fooundation. Post caps were also installed, making the connection between the support posts and the floors stronger. Joe was happy with the results. He now has peace of mind.

Studio City resident Tony S. contacted Saber regarding Seismically Retrofitting His Home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough two hour Home Inspection. The Crawlspace also had Support Posts that were sliding on their Concrete Bases. Our crew, installed new All Metal Smart Jacks with two foot deep Gravel Bases. See the attached Picture. This Strengthened the Home's Foundation. We then attached Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles to the Home and it's Foundation. These components Strengthened the attachment between the Tony's Home and it's Foundation.

Newhall resident Marc S. contacted Saber regarding his garage floor cracking and not being level. He also had issues with the concrete slabs on his driveway seperating and cracking. Our Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Voids were found both in the garage and under the driveway. We recommended drilling doles through the concrete and into the voids. Then we would fill the voids with Polyurethane using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This would eliminate future cracking and slab seperation. We provided the inspection report and a quote that is good for up to 30 days.  

Mission Hills resident Alan contacted Saber regarding Seismic Retrofitting his home built in 1953. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete, and Free Homeowner inspection . Our crew attached over one hundred Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles. These components have Strengthened Alan's home structure to it's Foundation. The attached picture shows two of these installed units. Alan was very satisfied with the result. He was also pleased with the crew's clean up.

Mission Hills resident Alan Y. contacted Saber regarding Seismic Retrofitting his home, that was built in 1974. He wanted  his home to meet the California Building Code. Saber's crew installed Universal Foundation Plates in the home's Crawlspace. These plates strengthen the connection between the home, and it's foundation. Alan was happy with the finished product. He now has peace of mind regarding his home not sliding off it's foundation in the event of a earthquake.

West Hollywood residents Eva and Andy S. contacted Saber about strengthening a foundation of a home that was torn down and being rebuilt. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection. Our crew excavated holes in the foundation. Saber then installed Helical Piers to strengthen the foundation.  Eva and Andy were happy with the result and the clean up. The picture shows a installed Helical Insert.  

Homeowner Nick k. in Los Angeles decided to go to use our CleanSpace service so he didn't have to endure his smelly crawlspace any longer. About six months ago Nick bought his 1960s but noticed his purchase came with a smell. He knew that the smell was coming from the crawlspace and understood that it can cause mold. Our Project Design Specialist Jason S. evaluated the property and found that the crawl space did have high levels of humidity reaching the range of 68 to 71 percent with the would moisture being 18 percent. Nick and his wife understood the issues of their crawl space and chose to move along with CleanSpace. Bryan A and his crew were tasked with this project but before they began that had to do full debris removal. After the crawl space was cleaned Bryan installed 1074 feet of Cleanspace, 6 CleanSpace vent sealings, 3 condensate pumps, 2 custom-fitted everlast doors, and 3 Aprilaire 1820 dehumidifiers. Nick and his wife were so pleased with the final results from Bryan and his crew. They now have peace of mind and no longer have to worry about their crawl space.

Panorama City resident Limor M. contacted Saber regarding cracking floors in his garage that were becoming trip hazards. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Voids were found under the garage floor, and under the home's foundation. Saber recommended our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process to stop the cracking in the garage floor. We also recommended attaching Push Piers to the home's foundation, to lift and strengthen it. Limor received Saber's Home Inspection Report and a 30 day quote.
