Gene W. from Torrance contacted Saber to get an evaluation on his home. He had cracking in both the interior and exterior walls. Project Design Specialist Paul D. performed a complete inspection and discovered damage to one of the walls in the crawl space that was contributing to the settlement issues. Paul's recommended solution was the installation of nine push piers to level and stabilize the foundation. Gene gave Paul the highest marks allowed on his survey, and stated, "Very knowledgeable, good information is what I needed most." Homeowner Stephanie Y. had some major moisture problems with her crawlspace in Torrance, CA to solve her problems she opted to receive the CleanSpace solution. Not only was she starting to smell the mold, but she was also starting to notice the floor starting to sag. Our Project Design Specialist Jason S. found that the humidity levels were above 71% which is extremely high. Stephanie opted for the full clean space service which solves all over her issues. Bryan A. and his crew took on this project and installed a SmartPump, sump pump, 360 feet of CleanSpace, condensation pump, a custom-fitted Everlast door, an energy-efficient Aprilaire dehumidifier. Stephanie was excited and extremely happy with the final results of the installation. She and her family now have peace in mind when it comes to their home. 

Porter Ranch resident Avo S. contacted Saber regarding a wood pool deck, that had dry rot, that he was trying to replace. Avo wanted a more permanent solution than wood replacement. Saber's Project Design Specialist inspected this situation. We quoted removing and disposing the entire wood deck, and replacing it with concrete. Avo received the inspection report, and Saber's quote that is valid for 30 days.

Lawndale resident Charles C contacted Saber when he noticed some cracking in his home foundation.  Our project design specialist performed a complete evaluation. Parts of the foundation were sinking. Using a push pier system, the Saber crew was able to lift the sinking parts of the foundation. Charles was satisfied with his entire foundation being stabiized and the clean up after the job was finished.  

Lawndale resident Lei contacted Saber regarding getting his home ready to sell. There were cracks in the floors and walls. The home was built in 1970 and picture shows some of the structural issues that had developed due to shifting soils. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough and Free Homeowner inspection. Voids had Formed under the foundation. The had caused the Foundation to sink and crack. Our Crew excavated holes next to the home. Then Helical Piers were attached to the base of the Foundation. The Piers were pressurized, giving the Foundation a constant elevation. Then holes were drilled through the concrete and the voids were filled with Polyurethane using Saber's State-of-the-Art Polylevel Injection Process. The excavated holes were filled in, and new cement replaced the cement where the holes had been dug Lei was happy that his home was now in condition to sell.

A homeowner's association in San Pedro needed immediate help with a concrete walkway problem at one of their communities in San Pedro, Ca. Many of the concrete slabs making up the community walkways were cracked or uneven. Residents were tripping and the unsightly damaged concrete made the property look old and unkempt. After walking the property, Saber's trained concrete specialist determined that concrete grinding would be the best solution for most of the communities problems. Of the slabs, only a few needed complete removal and replacement. Over the course of 6 days, Saber's grinding foreman came out to grind down 89 misaligned (uneven) joints between slabs. Saber took the time to be sure all concrete was leveled with little disruption to the community's residents.  After the grind, Saber's concrete crew arrived to remove and replace 270 sq. ft. of concrete throughout the large community. Upon completion of the project, the job site was cleaned and the HOA and property manager were able to walk the property with the foremen to ensure they were pleased with the results. Now, residents and their families could live in a community free from uneven concrete trip hazards and feel a sense of pride in where they live.

A home in San Pedro, Ca., built in the 1940s was in dire need of a lift. The homeowners had been living there since 1999 and over the past year and a half, noticed cracks along their doorways as well as on the walls. on the exterior of the home, the foundation had begun to crack and fall apart. Safety had become a concern for the family, and they wanted a solution to stop any further damage to their home. After getting estimates and solution options from a few contractors, they chose Saber and their permanent solution to fix their home. Because the home had experienced about .5" of soil settlement, seventeen 1'-3' SmartJacks were needed along with 124 feet of steel support beams in order to stabilize the sagging floors above their crawlspace. Six Hydraulic push piers were also inserted along the outside of the home in order to lift the foundation to maximum practical recovery. Without these services, the home was guaranteed to continue to sink, jeopardizing the stability of the home itself.
