Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Homeowners in Murrieta, California, were concerned about their crawl space. Like anyone with a crawl space, they have good reason to be concerned. Crawl spaces cause more issues than you may think possible.

Air travels up in homes, from the crawl space. As air escapes from the upper parts of the house, it enters from lower areas like crawl spaces. The before photo shows a humid crawl space that was causing issues to the homeowner from the awful smell caused by mold. To correct this issue, the homeowner opted for our vapor barrier which will protect the crawl space from moisture as shown in the after photo.
