Using PolyLevel® and NexusPro® to Stabilize and Restore a Driveway in Claremont, CA

Level Concrete Patio in Mesa, Ca
Walker contacted Saber Foundation Repair due to concerns about cracks appearing on the walls and concrete slabs around his home. Cracked Concrete Slab in Montclair
Montclair resident Imara A. contacted Saber after she had her carpet removed and discovering a large crack in her concrete foundation. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Saber suggested that the crack be removed by cutting a channel in the foundation. Then we would pour and finish new concrete. Imara was given a copy of the inspection report and a 30 day quote.
PolyLEVEL™ for lift and stabilization in Chino Hills
Homeowners in Chino Hills, California, had started to notice a lot of cracking in the interior and exterior of their home. They also noticed separation that had formed in the slab of their patio deck. These are all signs of soil settlement. This type of settlement is due to the expansive soils beneath the homes foundation. The homeowners knew they needed to find a fix for this issue before it became much more serious, however; they knew that they wanted to find a fix that would be best for them and not too disruptive to their lives. The homeowners did some research and found Saber, they set an appointment for a Saber design specialist to come to the property for a free property evaluation. The design specialist proposed that the home be stabilized and lifted to maximum practical recovery using PolyLEVEL™. The Crew arrived and went to work using the proposed design to map out the locations in which the PolyLEVEL™ would be injected for the best results. PolyLEVEL™ was injected beneath the foundation to fill any voids and to lift and stabilize the home. Once the PolyLEVEL™ set up the home is now stabilized and lifted to maximum practical recovery, The homeowners no longer see the signs of settlement that once plaqued their home. The cracks that had formed are now closed and any doors and windows that were hard to open and close are no longer an issue. The homeowners are happy to know that the home is also has lateral support.
Cracking Foundation in Chino
Chino resident Rick H. contacted Saber regarding Cracks in the Walls of his Home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough Inspection of Rick's Home. Voids have Formed under the Foundation, which made it sink and crack.
Our crew excavated Holes, where the Foundation had sunk. We then attcahed and Pressurized Helical Piers to Lift the Foundation back to a Consistent Elevation. See attached Picture. Saber then Filled the Voids with Polyurethane.
The Cracking has stopped. The Foundation is much stronger. The Foundation has been Stabilized.
Installing Push Piers in Chino
Chino resident Tony C. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough Home Inspection. Voids were found under the Home's Foundation and Patio.
Saber's crew excavated Holes where the Foundation was sinking. We then attached and Pressurized Push Piers to Lift and Strengthen the Foundation. We filled the Voids with Polyurethane to Stabilize the Foundation, and to eliminate the Trip Hazard on the Patio.
The attached Picture is where a Push Pier was attached to the base of the Home's Foundation. We then Filled the Void with Polyurethane, and completed the work. This is how Saber finishes it's work.
Concrete Grinding in La Verne
La Verne resident Brad C. contacted Saber regarding a trip hazard where the sidewalk met his driveway in front of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete evaluation of Brad's home.
Our crew ground the raised concrete slab edge down until it was level.
Brad was happy that the trip hazard was eliminated and that the clean up was done to his satisfaction.
Foundation Piers in La Verne
La Verne resident Carrie M contacted Saber regarding cracks in their home foundation. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Carrie's home.
Our crew excavated doles and trenches next to the home's foundation. We then installed steel angles and Push Piers. The Push Piers were pressurized. The attached picture shows the installation before the holes and trenches were filled in, and the area was cleaned up. This lifted the foundation where it had sunk. The cracking stopped.
Carrie now has peace of mind.
PolyLevel(R) in Rancho Santa Fe
Peter M., a representative of a church in Rancho Santa Fe, called Saber to assess trip hazards caused by uneven walkways. We scheduled him for an evaluation.
Design Specialist Ron C. walked the property with Peter, and confirmed that we can indeed help him eliminate his trip hazards using our innovative PolyLevel product.
PolyLevel foreman Scott L. and crew arrived at the job site on time and prepared to perform the work. They successfully lifted the low side of the concrete walkways with the polyurethane foam, eliminating the trip hazards in the areas of concern.
