Fallbrook resident Kathleen G. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the back patio of her home. The cracks were expanding and getting larger. Please see the attached picture. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a extensive inspection of Kathleens home. Voids were found under some of the Patio Slabs. These were caused by settling, and shifting soils. Our crew drilled holes through the concrete, and into the Voids. We then filled the Voids with Polyurethane, by using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This lifted the slabs that had sunk, and eliminated all of the trip hazards.

Homeowners in Santee, California, had noticed that the deck around their pool had begun to sink in areas and was causing unsightly trip hazards.  After doing some research about the methods to fix the damage caused by the soil settlement below the slab, the homeowners knew that they wanted to use a company that would inject foam under the slab.  The other options were thought to be too time consuming and also expensive.  The homeowner knew they wanted something that was light weight, with a quick finish time and something that would not break the budget.  The homeowners insisted the help of Saber to fix their pool deck.  The crew from Saber arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time.  The work was competed much to the homeowners satisfaction.  There was a hang up at one point during the process, and the Saber team made sure to inform the homeowner of the issues and their options.  The issue was that there was an area that had been to tight for the foam injection, if injected more cracks would have been caused, so the fix was to grind down that area, rather then leave it as is or try to add the injection.  The homeowner was very pleased with the work preformed and says she would hire the Saber crew again in a heartbeat!

Crystal S contacted Saber stating that she owned a house thaat was built in 1949. She was concerned about possible future earthquake damage. Our project design specialist did a full evaluation of Crystal's home. Using bolt plates, our crew was able to seismic retrofit this home . Crystal was satisfied with the job and the clean up.

Ontario resident Steve M. contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazard that had formed in his Pool Deck. Voids were located under the concrete slabs by Saber's Project Design Specialist. Our Crew drilled holes through the slabs and into the voids. Then we injected Polyurethane into the voids, using Sabers State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection process. This raised the areas of the slabs that had sunk. Then our crew applied Nexus Plus to fill and seal the cracks. Then our crew cleaned up the area. Steve was happy with the results. He now has peace of mind.

A home in Upland, California was suffering from serious foundation settlement.  Large cracks in had formed in the slab and walls of the home and areas of the floors were sagging and walls were bowing.  The homeowner was concerned with what was going on with the home, so they began to research options on how to repair or replace the foundation.  They found that replacing the foundation all together would not only be extremely expensive, but also very time consuming, and could possibly only cover the problem, since the real issue is with the soils beneath the foundation.  The homeowner knew that wanted something for a permanent fix, but something that would not break the bank.  The homeowners researched several options and found that Saber with their many years in business and positive reviews would be the best option.  A design specialist from Saber came to the property and competed an evaluation.  The homeowner liked the proposal and set an appointment for the crew to come out and get the work started.  The crew came out to the home and prepped 5 areas where helical piers would be located, 13 areas for push piers and 4 SmartJacks to be added,  in order to repair the foundation of the home.  The holes were excavated and the piers were installed.  Once that was complete the holes were backfilled.  The crew also added SmartJacks to an area of the home that was on a crawlspace to protect the home from any future settlement.

Upland resident Melissa contacted Saber regarding Strengthening the connection between her home and Foundation. She stated that her home was built in the 1950's and that she was worried, that a Earthquake would knock her home off it's Foundation. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Melissa's home. Saber's crew installed Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles to Strengthen the connection between Melissa's Home and it's Foundation. See Attached Picture. We then installed Post Caps to strengthen the connection between the home to the Support Posts. Melissa was happy with the result of the work. Saber's work gave this California Homeowner peace of mind.  

Upland Resident Bob B. contacted Saber regarding trip hazards in his driveway. Bob had 5 uneven areas that he wanted us to take a look at. After further inspection from a Saber Design Specialist, We found that Bob had concrete that had heaved up, rather then declined down, prompting us to recommend concrete grinding.   With our dust controlled grinding, our concrete grinding professional Eli P. was able to successfully smooth down Bob's uneven concrete areas, eliminating his trip hazards.  Bob was pleased with Eli's hard work and work ethic. He gave Saber a great review. 

Norco resident Cheryl H contacted Saber to get her floors reinforced. She wanted to remodel her kitchen in her older home.  Our project design specialist performed a full evaluation and cost for what needed to be done. Our crew was able to install support beams and smart jacks in the crawl space under her home. Cheryl was satisfied with the completion of the job and the clean up that our crew performed.

San Marcos resident Jacque contacted Saber regarding his 50 year old rental home. He was concerned with sagging floors being a safety issue. Saber's Project Design Specialist completed a free Homeowner inspection. Our Crew added All Metal Support Beams, and All Metal Smart Jacks to level the floors. The attached Picture shows one of the 12 All Metal Beams that Saber installed. Jacque was very satisfied with the result. He was also pleaseed with the clean up after the work was completed.

Corona home flipper Bruce contacted Saber regarding a pool deck with trip hazards. Bruce was looking to resale the home. Saber's Progect Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of the pool area. Our crew used State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process to level the sinking cement slabs. We then applied Nexus Plus to fill the gaps between the cement slabs. Bruce like the result of this work, and the crew's clean up when the work was finished.
