Rancho Cucamonga resident Jim W. contacted Saber regarding Cracks in his Pool Deck. Please see the attached picture. The Deck was sinking into Voids. The Cracks had become Trip Hazards. Saber's crew drilled Holes into the Voids. We used our PolyLevel Injection Process to fill these Voids with Polyurethane. This lifted the Deck back to a Consistent Elevation, and eliminated all Trip Hazards.

  Sheryl H. a property management employee, called Saber on behalf of a Lake Elsinore apartment complex that had trip hazards throughout their property. A Saber design specialist visited the property to evaluate the situation. The specialist determined that concrete grinding was the best solution for the job.    Concrete grinding Foreman Eli P. and crew arrived at the job on time and ready to work. The grinding crew mapped out the work area. They were able to complete the work in a timely manner, leaving Sheryl and the company she represents very happy. Sheryl left a great review for Eli and the crew.   

The Escondido homeowner was experiencing cracking on his foundation slab and exterior separation of the driveway from the home. When Saber came to evaluate the problem and propose a solution, it was decided upon to install push piers along the exterior of the home to stabalize.  Foreman Joe Delgado and his team were able to successfully stabalize the home and replace the concrete where the piers were placed. The homeowner was pleased with the results and expressed his thanks for the improvements on his home.

Escondido resident Mary Jane N. contacted Saber regarding issues with sagging floors in her home. Saber's Project Design Specialist examined the Crawlspace of Mary Jane's home. We found that the Floor Joists were sagging and that the support posts were sliding off of their bases. Our crew installed steel I Beams to the existing Floor Joists. Then we installed all metal Smart Jacks with concrete and rock bases to support the floors. The floors are now stabilized. Mary Jane is pleased with the results.

Escondido resident Tony S. contacted Saber regarding Cracks in his Swimming Pool Deck. See attached picture. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough Home Inspection. The Soil had Shifted, thus causing Voids to form. Areas of the pool deck were sinking into the Voids. Saber drilled Holes through the Concrete and into the Voids. We then Filled the Voids with Polyurethane, which lifted the sinking areas of Concrete. This eliminated the Trip Hazards.

Llano resident Chien L. contacted Saber regarding sagging floors in their home. Saber Performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. The Crawlspace had no Support Posts. We suggested attaching metal I beams to the existing floor joists. We could then give the floors Consistent Elevation, by attaching all metal Smart Jacks with Concrete bases. Chien received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report.

Mira Loma resident Betty F. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of her home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete home evaluation. Right away, our specialist, could feel the house was not level when he walked in. Our crew replaced some slanted, deteriorating wooden posts with metal Smart Jacks. This leveled the house and also prevented further damage. Betty was happy with the results and the clean up.

Homeowner Peter Karambella Jr had a very bad issue with his pool deck in El Cajon being severally cracked. When the homeowner first moved in the house was brand-new and had perfect concrete. After living in his home for twenty years the concrete was starting to crack from voids underneath. Saber's customer in El Cajon had noticed numerous symptoms of foundation settlement in her home. There were cracks on the interior walls of the home, and their windows wouldn't close properly at one end of the home. In order to provide a permanent fix for her foundation issue, Saber's team installed push piers and poly level. This helped to level the slab and to stabalize her foundation.
